摘要
The optimal planning of distributed photovoltaic system is conducive to reducing the adverse impact of high permeability random access on power distribution systems. In this paper, a optimization planning model of locating and sizing of distributed photovoltaic power generation system is established to improve the permeability of PV system on the premise of the safe operation of the power system, which aims at the biggest system voltage stability margin, the smallest system loss and the highest permeability of PV system, while considers the system three-phase unbalance constraint. Finally, the multi objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on mixed integer programming is applied to solve the optimal algorithm on the IEEE 33-node distribution system. The obtained distributed PV optimal plan is verified the rationality and practicability of the proposed planning model.
