摘要
The presence of HPV using Digene Hybrid Capture System was identified in a group of 324 women with CIN and in 228 women with normal cytological smears. In the studied group, HPV high risk infections were found in 60% in group CIN I/II (120/200), in 87.11% in group CIN III(108/124). The frequency of HPV DNA in 228 control women was 15.78% (36/22s). In the studied population the risk factors of CIN development were:age of first intercourse (OR:1.8; 95%CI: 0.8-2.6), number of sexual partners (2.0; 95%CI:1.0-2.9), parity (OR:1.9; 95%CI: 0.8-4.9), oral contraceptive use (0.6; 95%CI: 0.2-12), cigarettes (OR:4.3; 95%CI: 1.8-5.7), HPV positive (OR: 32.0; 95%CI 15.3-48.08). The serum folic acid level in women of the studied group and control was determined by HPLC. Statistically lower levels of folic acid were found in the women group CIN HPV (+)(OR: 7.5; 95%CI: 1.2-9.7).
