摘要
Biomedical and CMOS/MEMS hybrid systems are currently being engineered and investigated widely for food and water safety applications. There are many recent advances for pathogen detection in food and water. There are many opportunities and challenges to improve the current technology. In support to these efforts, in this work effect of Electric double layer, cell wall, alkalinity and temperature variation on the capacitance values that are important for an impedimetric sensor, has been analyzed. The results obtained with this model have been compared with the finite element solution using Comsol Multiphysics (TM).
