摘要：
In this paper, the concept of the third-party virtual supply chain alliance in industry cluster under electronic business were proposed, which is regarded as a new cooperation forms between enterprises in cluster network environment. Then the following aspects, construction of a unified supply chain alliance E-business platform and network environment, implementation of intelligent agents and business process reengineering for supply chain alliance cooperation projects, and operation management through using virtual joint inventory model and virtual manufacture were discussed.
