摘要：
Intrauterine growth retardation and its treatment still constitute a major clinical problem in perinatology. Since low doses of aspirin improve the utero-placental circulation (by shifting the prostacyclin/tromboxan A(2) balance), we have evaluated the effectiveness of low-dose aspirin treatment of IUGR during pregnancy and compared it with standard therapy of IUGR.
