摘要
The general objective of the study was to determine the level of Physical Activity (PA) and eating habits (HA) in students in the context of education at the Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizan. The specific objectives were: to analyze the level of PA performed by students in the context of education at the Hermilio Valdizan National University and to identify HA in students in the context of education at the Hermilio Valdizan National University. The study had a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive level. The population was 7857 students from different schools of the university. The sample was 367 university students. Two questionnaires were designed, one for the AF variable with 24 questions and the other for the HA variable with 33 questions. The questionnaires were validated through the judgment of five experts and their reliability was calculated through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, resulting in a=0.874 for AF and a=0.816 for HA. The information was collected virtually via email and WhatsApp. The data was analyzed from the descriptive and inferential scope, concluding that for the students of the Hermilio Valdizan National University the PA level is low and the HA are inadequate.
