摘要
The co-ordination of multi-stage production processes with technical constraints is a highly complex task. The optimisation of counteracting goals, e.g. the harmonisation of the inventory in the different production stages as well as the fulfilment of technical constraints of single machines, can not be managed manually. Knowledge-based systems offer an efficient technology for supporting production planning. optimisation harmonisation At Fraunhofer IML a scheduling system for a steel mill based on simulation and fuzzy logic was developed. This system is successfully used utilising large rationalisation potentials.
