摘要
In this work, Structural, Optical and Photocatalytic property of Titanium doped Zinc oxide nanoparticles have been investigated in which Titanium doped Zinc Oxide nanoparticles were fabricated by microwave-assisted solvothermal method. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized for Structural properties by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), optical properties by UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Photoluminescence (PL) and photocatalytic property is tested by degrading the Malachite Green dye under visible light. The influence of titanium on ZnO has made a change in ZnO particle size, Bandgap and its degradation efficiency upon light irradiation. Copyright (c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
