摘要
Accurate geometric measurements of the human crystalline lens are crucial for a better understanding of the accommodation mechanism and the origin of the presbyopia. Determining the lens shape and curvature can provide key information on the growth and aging of the lens. We present a slit-scanning optical system that is suitable for imaging the human crystalline lens and has the ability to measure its surface shape and curvature.
