摘要
Phytochemical investigation on the EtOAc extract of the aerial parts of Epimedium koreanum led to the isolation of three new acylated prenylflavonol glycosides, korepimeosides A-C (1-3), together with twenty known ones (4-23). The structures of three new compounds (1-3) were established on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods as icaritin 3-O-[2,6-O-diacetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1 -> 3)-4-O-acetyl- alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside] (1), icaritin 3-O-[3,6-O-diacetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1 -> 3)-4-O-acetyla- L-rhamnopyranoside] (2), and icaritin 3-O-[3,-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1 -> 3)-4-O-acetyl-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside], 7-O-beta-D glucopyranoside (3).
