摘要
In order to solve the division and coordination problems between the upper and lower organizations in organization coordination network of major scientific and technological project (MSTP) based on contract links, we apply the game theory integrated and establish appropriate model for the sequential action game analysis, equilibrium analysis coordination, cooperation, distribution of profits and subsidies bargaining analysis to came a conclusion: when earnings ratio of marginal businesses of the upper and lower firms is high, the upper will provide input subsidies to the lower enterprise and subsidies proportion has a positive correlation with the top corporate marginal income; the top companies can motivate and induce lower parts to increase investment in innovation though increase their innovation investment and subsidies; the profits remaining of upper and lower enterprises has negative relationship with their negotiation costs and risk aversion and positively correlated with core competitiveness.
