摘要：
Along with the popularity of information technology and gradual development of digital network, teaching skills and strategies have been developed from a single way to different ways. This research is designed to study several skills and strategies striving for quality in teaching through network of computer that involves a variety of delivery. In days of online delivery and time poverty, we agree that professional development is a very human and not mechanical process, based on professional relationships and confidence levels of the people involved.
