摘要
Through Software Studies and Content Analysis methodological procedures, this article seeks to observe the culinary recipes applications TudoGostoso, Receitas GNT and TudoReceitas, selected from exploratory research among the applications offered by the Google Play Store. The focus is to verify how the gastronomy applications maintain characteristics from traditional handwritten notebooks, as well as to verify what they present of possibilities and particular characteristics with the digital medium, reflecting the evolution of gastronomic culture also in the digital environment. For the analysis, certain categories are observed, seen in each of the observed applications.
