摘要
The quality of the services of an organization arise from an effective deployment of processes within the organization, thus being determined by customer satisfaction. The satisfaction degree of the clients is influenced by the quality of the services compared to other hotels with similar services and by honouring the conditions as presented in the offer. The purpose of this research is to determine the customer degree of satisfaction in a touristic unit hotel in Cluj-Napoca. The degree of satisfaction will be established using a questionnaire survey which has been applied to the clients of the villa over a month's time.
