摘要：
Business Process Reengineering (BPR), which appeared in the western countries with developed economy and advanced technology, doesn't suit Chinese situation completely, Based on the practice of state-owned enterprise reforming and the concept of BPR, this paper reestablishes the connotation of BPR in China. Related to Chinese national conditions, the conflict between the macroeconomic policy and micro-economic management that state-owned enterprise reforming is confronted is analyzed. Therefore, the blueprint of BPR in the state-owned enterprise reengineering is proposed.
