摘要
The microstructure of a reactive melt infiltrated C/ZrC composite by using a Zr-10at% Si alloy was investigated by XRD and TEM. The phase in the composite was first analyzed by XRD, and phases in the matrix were further confirmed by SEM/EDS, STEM/EDS and TEM. It demonstrates that there exist alpha-Zr, Zr3Si and ZrC in the matrix of the composites.
