摘要：
Benchmarking is known as the one of the three management tools in the 21st century. Although benchmarking has been widely used in Western countries, there are many problems during the enterprises implementing benchmarking in china. The paper. studies the whole benchmarking process of a logistics company in Tangshan to conquer those problems, at the same time, the paper presents the benchmarking model in logistics management. The author hopes to give some suggestions to improve the levels of logistics management.
