摘要
In combination with coal production and the characteristics of safety training, this paper emphasized the importance of safety training for the operator of the mine site, and preliminarily designed a safety training system, including six aspects, such as safety awareness, safety laws, safety norms and standards, coal mine disasters and accidents prevention and treatment technology systems, on-site safety management systems and operating procedures, as well as special, thematic safety training. And in this paper, analysis of the importance of security awareness training content and methods were carried out, training for safety work and reward and punishment based on security laws were established, in security technical training, the security of technical specifications and standardization, disaster prevention of accidents, on-site safe operation and specialized training for major disasters, and so on, were highlighted. safety training content for on-site operators of coal mine has been classified and summed up comprehensively, and various types of training priorities and considerations were clarified.
