There is a big gap in the basic knowledge, understanding, and acceptance amongst our students on applications information technology skills. On the other hand, these students are active thinking and being ready to accept new things, and desire for learning new knowledge. Based on present study, combined with enhanced students' confidence, case teaching and task-driven for skill application, attention to student's feedback, summary after lesson, weakening use of Multimedia means, as well as emphasis on teacher's thoughts and layer's teaching etc, this paper gives a detailed presentation of realization and practice of improvement teaching effectively under the existing conditions.
