摘要
The document is focused on regional differentiation in real estate prices in the Slovak Republic. It is divided into three parts. In the first part, the methodological approach explains importance of the real estate market, factors that influence on the price of real estate valuation and segmentation of the real estate market. Since the document will specifically deal with the residential real estate market we identify specific factors that affect into this market. The second part deals with the assessment of the development of real estate prices within the residential market in the Slovak economy during the period from 2002 to 2010 by regions as well as according to their structure. Statistical indicators are supplemented by information from questionnaire survey among real estate agents. In the third part provides a discussion of some open issues whose solutions could have dynamic development of the real estate market in the Slovak economy in the future.
