摘要
The structure and properties of Cu-Co two component vacuum condensates is studied in the paper. It is shown that alloying copper metal matrix vapor flow with cobalt to 1,6 atomic percent allows to reduce the grain size of the condensates. Depending on the concentration of cobalt condensates have a wide range of structural states: single and two phase, supersaturated solution of cobalt in the fcc copper lattice, etc. Structure of the objects has a high thermal stability, grain growth occurs at temperatures above 700 degrees C.
