摘要
A theoretical as well as empirical analysis of influence factors of buyer-supplier quasi-integration (BSQI) is presented. This study uses data collected from 121 purchasing executives to investigate the relationships among BSQI and its influencing factors, namely, corporate culture's traditional tendency(CCST)strategic status of purchasing function of buyer (SSOPF), and reputation and cooperation history of buyer and supplier(R&CH). 4 out of 5 hypotheses are supported by this study. Only one hypothesis, the negative relationship between CCST and C&CH, is not supported in this study. The practical meaning of this study is also presented.
