摘要
This work proposes the detection method of chemotaxis which is behavioral response against chemical substance of C. elegans using capacitance sensor. We designed electrodes assembled with wave-shaped-microchannel. We fabricated chromium and gold membrane electrode on a glass plate. To detect behavioral response of C. elegans against chemical substance, we conducted experiment using chrome-gold membrane electrode for capacitance sensor.
