摘要
Global governance is a new concept system to adapt to the development of the global economic and political integration. In this system, Global Civil Society Organizations are the subjects and the main carriers are Non-governmental Organizations. In order to maintain normal political and economic order, Non-governmental Organizations had made outstanding performances in dealing with issues of politic, economy, ecology and safety. Globalization promoted and formed a binding international regulation and effective international cooperation. However it also caused ill-defined boundaries of problems both international and domestic. Some global problems are beginning to become internalized in a few countries. In the process of coordination and to solve these problems, the government and Non-governmental Organizations are trying to expand the scope and the pattern of cooperation which brought out lots of innovations achievements. This paper aims to point out problems of collaborative governance between government and Non-governmental Organizations in China, make a direction and reshape the structure through analysising interactive relationship of the government and Non-governmental Organizations in Britain in order to promote and refine collaborative governance between government and Non-governmental Organizations in China.
