摘要
RPC (Reactive Powder Concrete) and NC (Normal Concrete) are combined into RPC-NC composite beam in order to make full use of the high durability, the high tensile strength of RPC. Numerical integration method is used to simulate the whole process of the flexural behavior of RPC-NC composite beam according to the plane section assumption and specific failure criteria. Full moment-curvature curves of the cross sections for different design schemes can be obtained. The flexural capacity, the cracking moment and the cracking appearance of the RPC-NC composite beams with different strength of NC, ratio of reinforcement and height of precast RPC element are discussed. Analysis results show that the cracking moment of the composite beam increases in a limited extent with the height of precast RPC element. In the numerical analysis, no slip occurs between the composition planes of RPC and NC. With the increase of the height of precast RPC element, the cracking appearance changes from the NC side to the bottom of the tensile RPC area. The ultimate flexural strength of the integral casting NC beam and the RPC-NC composite beam shows no difference when the beams share the same geometric size, ratio of reinforcement and grade of NC. The analysis results can provide reference for section design and experimental analysis of RPC-NC composite beams.
