摘要
The aim of the study is a comparison of an employee engagement and satisfaction in demographics gender, age, tenure, work position, region, market and contact person in research. 1263 employees from 17 companies located in Slovakia participated. Employee engagement and satisfaction was measured by questionnaires from Gostick & Elton (2010). The results suggest the importance of organizational characteristics regarding engagement and satisfaction. We consider the online anonymous data administration to be limit. For that reason a proportion of demographics was checked by HR. Research result suggests possible practical implication and show the international data about employee engagement and satisfaction. Contribution of the study lies also in recommendation in HR research and practice.
