摘要：
Traditional assumptions in defining business strategy have changed, leading to a need for more dynamic planning. With the role of technology varying from 'enabler' to 'driver' of the business strategy, business and technology strategies need be in close alignment. Both established and start-up companies need to adapt to this change in the planning paradigm.
