CBR Based Energy Consumption Model of Cutting Period in CNC Lathe

摘要
Since energy consumption of cutting period in CNC lathe is determined by many factors, it is very difficult to model its dynamics precisely only through mechanism modeling method. In this paper, a novel energy consumption model is presented based on Case-Based Reasoning (CBR). Firstly, redundant and incompatible data are cleared through data preprocessing; secondly, the attribute importance of condition attributes is calculated by an output-based method. Then, dissimilarity degree between each case and target case is defined for case reuse. Finally, the output of new input is obtained through calculation. The experiments reveal the feasibility of this method.
