摘要：

This paper presents a new constructive solution for the signal conditioner of piezoelectric sensors. Piezoelectric sensors have proven to be versatile tools for the measurement of various processes. They are used for quality assurance, process control and process development in many different industries. Such field is represented by the hydraulic powered actuators, where the system must be capable to work in severe exploiting conditions. The proposed signal conditioner includes a MCP602 operational amplifier made by Microchip (R) [3]. MCP602 has an input bias current of pA that allows direct connection between piezoelectric sensor and amplifier [2].
