摘要：
The paper presents the results of the development of a method and a tool intend to dynamically evaluate hospitals mainly from financial and operational point of view. The DSS under development is to be used by the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIFA), the main financial source of the operational costs of 160 Hungarian hospitals. The proposed system is based on a detailed hospital simulation model and planned to be extended with an expert system evaluating the achievements measured through indicators of hospitals.
