摘要
The government technical efficiency, concerning the government organization, management cost, civil servants, means and patterns of management, is the first factor for government efficiency. At present, there are four problems with the county government technical efficiency in regard to the low level of government organizational efficiency, public management efficiency, work efficiency and using technology. To solve these difficulties, we should propel the system reform on province directly governing county, build the study-county government, strengthen e-government, promote the finance and perfect the 3-satisfaction civil servant system.
