摘要
The compact spinning yarns were produced at different negative pressure and the effect of negative pressure on qualities of compact spinning yarns was studied. Also 11.7tex and 9.7tex combed ring spinning yarns and compact spinning yarns were produced in FA506 ring spinning frame and FA506 ring spinning frame using compact spinning with inspiratory groove under similar conditions of cotton assorting, opening & cleaning processing, carding processing and roving processing. The difference in hairiness, tensile property, abrasion resistance and irregularity between compact spinning yarn and ring spinning yarn were analyzed. The structure of compact spinning yarn and traditional ring spinning yarn before and after friction and the abrasion resistance, tensile property of the fabric weaved by compact yarns and ring yarns were compared too. The results show that the hairiness of compact yarns are obviously fewer than that of ring spinning yarns, especially the hairiness above 3mm, breaking strength, yarn evenness, and yarn faults of compact yarn are better than that of ring spinning yarn. The outward appearance of compact spinning yarn is much smoother and had less hair than that of the ring spinning yarn. The abrasion resistance and tensile property of compact spinning yarn and its fabric are superior to the ring spinning yarn.
