摘要
Binary zinc phosphate glasses show anamalous behaviour in that thermal expansion coefficient and the glass transition temperature exhibit a minimum value in the range 55 <= ZnO <= 60 mol%. According to Raman and infrared spectroscopy, Q(2) phosphate chains, Q(1) chain terminators and Q(1) dimer units coexist in this range. The variation of thermal properties With ZnO concentration is discussed in terms of network structure, chemical bonding and microheterogeneity.
