摘要
We report a Gauss-Bessel STED microscope for super-resolution deep imaging. Improved lateral resolution at 95 mu m-depth in agarose phantom of brain tissue is about 110nm, which is nearly 2-fold improvement on resolution comparing to conventional STED imaging.
