摘要
Along with bringing the enterprises competitiveness and beneficial advantages, logistics outsourcing also brings them a variety of risks. The risks of logistics outsourcing are caused by many factors which also have their own fuzziness. Based on the characteristics of logistics outsourcing risks, the model of early-warning of logistics outsourcing risks based on four phases is established: Firstly, identify the principle and early-warning line; secondly, use the software SPSS and factor analysis method to identify the outsourcing risks and ascertain key risk factors; thirdly, evaluate key risk factors using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; fourthly, based on the evaluation of risks, use weighted average method to determine the level of risk, meanwhile compare with the principle and early-warning line and further ascertain the alarming and beforehand control. Finally, an example using this model shows that the model is easy to operate, practical and feasible.
