摘要：
This paper presents the analysis and execution of a receiver based routing protocol in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). The proposed Energy Efficient Distributed Receiver based routing (EEDR) protocol offers quick adaptation to changing link connections and has low energy consumption. It maintains multiple routes to the desired destination. The proposed mechanism uses multi hop communication and is receiver based. The information related to residual energy of sensor nodes and channel quality of the links between the nodes is extracted from the nodes deployed in the network.
