摘要
The process of implementation of ERP is influenced not only by internal factors (resources of an organisation and the system itself), but also factors of the micro- and macro-environment. Implementation of enterprise resource planning systems is a complex process influenced by a large number of internal and external components. The aim of this article is to investigate the peculiarities of the process of implementation of enterprise resource planning systems and to establish the critical factors of the success. In order to establish the opinion of Lithuanian ERP specialists and users regarding the importance of the factors determining the result of implementation of ERP the survey was conducted. Experts of ERP implementation consider as the most important factors determining the Success Of implementation the management factors relating to such fields as management. planning, implementation and control of projects and organisational changes.
