摘要：

In the article results of work on the development knowledge reprezentation language for financial analisys expert system are indicated. The work consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to cognitive modeling of expert group work at fulfilment of enterprises financial condition valuation. The second part of the article is devoted to the description developed knowledge reprezentation form and results of its practical application at fulfilment of the financial analysis andplanning. Also in the article further directions of work in the field of application of artificial intelligence means in the financial analysis are determined.
