摘要
The study explores the personality dimensions related to achievement in connection with life satisfaction of women in middle and late adulthood in the relation to adherence to physical activity. 41 women aged 40-65 years passed the regular six months aerobic exercise. Two methods - Achievement motivation questionnaire and Life satisfaction questionnaire were used. The dimensions Persistence, Trust in success, Gaminess, Independency, Internality, and Compensative effort show the relation to the extent of life satisfaction and have a good presumption to adherence to regular physical activity. Social support provided in the framework of group regular physical activity helps to cope with loads connected with ingoing changes typical for women in the age of middle and late adulthood. The study supported the significance of multidimensional approach to adherence.
