摘要：
This paper investigates new exponential passivity and stabilization for neural networks with time delays. By mainly applying Lyapunov-Razumikhin method, a feedback control law is obtained in the simple form of linear matrix inequality (LMI) to ensure exponential passivity and stabilization of neural networks.
