摘要：
The domestic and abroad development of the engineering management is analyzed. The advanced empirics of the engineering management talent cultivation arc introduced. According to the demands of the specialized talents of the architectural management engineering specialty and the trend of Chinese construction industry, the paper proposed the principles and the basic requirements of the Engineering Management talent cultivation. A basic frame of the teaching contents and course system construction in the engineering management is established.
