摘要：
Adrenal sarcomatoid carcinoma is extremely rare. A 53-year-old man was admitted to our hospital due to pain in the upper right abdomen for 1 month. Abdominal CT revealed a huge mass in the right adrenal gland, and a malignancy was suspected. F-18-FDG PET/CT showed a mass in the right adrenal gland with intense FDG uptake. Finally, postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of adrenal sarcomatoid carcinoma.
