摘要
Organizations globally are battling the consequences of global warming. This paper used a subordinate-supervisor dyad (N = 305 (subordinates) and 135 (supervisors). Specifically, this paper explores the impact of green HRM on employees' pro-environmental behavior (EPEB) in mediating the role of employee green commitment and moderating the role of Green self-efficacy. Data were collected from hotels in Nigeria. The structural equation modeling technique of SMART PLS 3.3.3 was used to test the hypotheses. Numerous theoretical and practical implications are discussed.
