摘要
This study aimed to establish the relationship between virtual learning and student satisfaction at a private university in Arequipa. The methodology was quantitative approach, non-experimental design, basic type and correlational level. The sample was census made up of 98 students from a private university in Arequipa, Peru, from the Industrial Engineering degree. The technique used was the survey and two questionnaires were used as an instrument, which were validated by expert judgment and reliability was determined by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The results indicate that the students achieved a high level of virtual learning 47.96% (47), likewise, satisfaction achieved a high level with 51.55% (50). It is concluded that there is a high direct significant relationship between virtual learning and the satisfaction of the students of a private university in Arequipa, verified with the p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 and the Spearman rho coefficient = 0.728, for this purpose, it is It can be affirmed that increasing the level of virtual learning will increase the level of satisfaction of the referred students.
