摘要
Die Beobachtung, dass klinische Blutdruckmessungen beim Arzt weniger informativ sind als ambulant gemessene Werte oder 24-Stunden-Profile, ist nicht neu. Eine spanische Studiengruppe belegte dies nun in einer landesweiten Studie mit 59124 Teilnehmenden. Endpunkt war die Vorhersage der kardiovaskularen und der Gesamtmortalitat in Abhangigkeit von der Messmethode und dem Hypertonie-Phanotyp.
