摘要
The objective of this study was to evaluate the per-ception of the students of the propaedeutic level of the Medicine course at Uniandes about the con-tributions of the subject of Reasoning, Analysis, Synthesis and Comprehension in their formation and preparation for higher level studies. For this purpo-se, the analytical-synthetic and documentary analy-sis methods were used, as well as an online ques-tionnaire. The results obtained showed that students highly value how the subject of Reasoning, Analysis, Synthesis and Comprehension contributes in a de-cisive way to improve their training and preparation for higher level studies in Medicine. In conclusion, it is emphasized that this subject is indispensable in the training of the medical professional, since it is a fundamental basis for the development of critical reasoning and comprehension skills, necessary in their professional practice.
