In the evolving landscape of digital reality, the concept of the Metaverse has rapidly gained traction in industry and academia alike. The Metaverse - a richly interconnected blend of digital and virtual spaces where people can interact, work, learn, and socialize - signifies a new era of the Internet, characterized by immersive interaction and a profound sense of presence. No longer confined to the realms of science fiction, the Metaverse is becoming an increasingly tangible reality, accelerated by rapid advancements in communication technologies, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and more.
