摘要
The operating costs of the distribution network can be reduced through complementary optimization of source-grid-load-storage (SGLS), which can promote full consumption of the distributed energy resources with high penetration and contribute to the development of low carbon economy. In this paper, the key factors affecting the low carbon benefits of the SGLS complementary optimization have been analyzed. With that, the low carbon efficiency evaluation index system for SGLS is proposed, which considers four dimensions including source side, gird side, load side as well as storage side. Definitions and quantification formulas for these key evaluation indexes are presented. In addition, the approaches of determining and evaluation for the index weights are developed. Case studies illustrate the scientific, rationality and high credibility of the proposed evaluation system, which can provide meaningful guidance for optimal operation of SGLS.
