摘要
This article develops a theoretical reflection on the exercise of teaching, research and extension, in the Bachelor of Social Work, of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of the Republic. The conceptual framework of this reflection is the notion that the University is going through a deep crisis of hegemony and legitimacy that results in an institutional crisis (De Sousa Santos, 1998, 2010). We also understand that this crisis can be understood in the context of a decline of the Welfare State and its institutional program (Dubet, 2006, 2020), which has multiple impacts, particularly in the processes of individuation that is part of Modernity. This article rehearses a set of reflections on the ways of facing this crisis based on the idea of recreating autonomy and university integrality, as a way of facing the aforementioned crisis, in particular in the exercise of university functions at Social Work.
