摘要
Trafficking in human beings for labour exploitation or labour trafficking, often culminating in the severe labour exploitation of those affected, is the second form of trafficking that generates the most victims, both globally and in Spain. Despite its prevalence, it is a reality whose phenomenological analysis has received little academic attention in our country. However, the adoption of a victim-centric, and even survivor-centric, model to approach this reality requires an understanding on how survivors have gone through this victimising process and how they have overcome it. The qualitative research presented in this article, based on data from in-depth interviews with survivors of labour trafficking in Spain, explores both issues from their perspective.
